®Network’s Video Delivery Service

CHATSWORTH, CA, Nov. 2, 2009 – Image Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: DISK), a leading independent licensee and distributor of entertainment programming in North America, announced today that it will provide a wide array of entertainment programming via the PlayStation® Network video delivery service, available exclusively for PSP®  (PlayStation® Portable) and PLAYSTATION® 3 (PS3™) entertainment systems.  Titles are currently available for purchase and rental. 

Image will provide a range of video entertainment including feature films, stand-up comedy, music concerts and special interest titles. “We are excited to be working with PlayStation Network,” said Burgess Wilson, Senior Vice President, Media Operations of Image Entertainment. “PlayStation Network gives consumers choice to watch at home on the PS3, on the go with their PSP or PSPgo. This flexibility makes for a very compelling offering.”
